Solution

We adopted Scaleway's fully managed Kubernetes platform. Transitioning from 20 VPS servers to 6 Kubernetes nodes significantly simplified infrastructure management while enhancing our scalability and reducing costs. This change allowed us to manage resources automatically based on traffic demand, ensuring high availability and optimal performance for our interactive 3D applications, even during peak times.

Future Plans

Transitioning to an asynchronous architecture is on the roadmap to better handle transactions, and we aim to explore Scaleway’s GPU instances for advanced 3D rendering and simulations. A Proof of Concept (PoC) will be conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of GPU instances in supporting our needs for more responsive and immersive client experiences. These initiatives will ensure we stay competitive and effectively meet our clients’ evolving needs.
