Understanding commitment plans on Dedibox
Dedibox customers can benefit from discounts on their dedicated servers in exchange for a long-term commitment.
Please note that resources are neither reserved nor guaranteed during the commitment period.
This offer applies only to:
- New server orders;
- It cannot be combined with already signed contracts.
Some products will not be eligible for Dedibox commitment plans, or will be limited to commitments of 12 months maximum.
Introductory offer
(First 4,000 servers)
12-month commitment : 8% every month
36-month commitment : 20% every month
Regular offer
(Once 4,000 servers are sold out)
12-month commitment : 5% every month
36-month commitment : 15% every month
How to take advantage of the offer?
Step 1
Log in to your Dedibox customer account.
Step 2
Order a new server via your Dedibox console.
Step 3
Select the desired commitment period; the discount will be applied automatically. The end date will be clearly indicated.
Step 4
Confirm your order, and your server will be available immediately
Frequently asked questions
What happens beyond the 4,000 servers part of the launch promotion?
Beyond the 4000 servers mentioned above, a smaller discount will be applied.
- 5% for a 12-month commitment.
- 15% for a 36-month commitment.
Can I disable automatic renewal if I don't want it?
You will be able to disable automatic renewal if you wish.
Who is eligible for this offer?
This offer applies:
- only to new server orders (not to already rented servers)
- to customers not benefiting from other commitment agreements with Scaleway
- to customers ordering their servers directly from Scaleway
What happen at the end of my commitment?
You should commit again to benefit from a new discount.
