TEM is a fully managed solution dedicated to sending your transactional emails. With TEM, you can send your emails via the SMTP or the API, add and verify a sending domain, configure the SPF/DKIM authentication, and monitor emails via the console.
Transactional email is a type of automated, non-promotional email triggered by interactions with a website or app, e.g. account creation, password modification, new order, payment status, etc. Unlike marketing emails, transactional emails are usually expected by customers and thus have a much higher open rate than marketing emails.

If you have validated a payment method, you can send up to 500 emails per month. If you have validated your identity, you can send up to 5,000 emails per month. If you plan to send a larger volume, please create a support ticket via the console.
No, currently you can only send transactional emails with TEM.

Per recipient. When sending an email with TEM, each recipient counts as a separate email. Example: If you send an email to one recipient and you add three recipients in CC, you will be billed for four emails.
Yes, the maximum size of an email for API and for SMTP is 2MB.
Yes, you can send attachments in your transactional emails. The supported formats are the following: pdf, HTML, Text, iCalendar, ICS, CSV, jpeg, jpg, png and gif. For more detail, please see our documentation.
