This page shows you how to terminate an Online (Dedibox) Web Hosting plan.
Before you start
To complete the actions presented below, you must have:
- A Dedibox account logged into the console
- An active Online Web Hosting plan
How to terminate your Online Web Hosting plan
- Click your username, next to logged in as, in the top right corner of the Online console. From the drop-down menu, select Services. The service page displays.
- Click Detail next to the Web Hosting plan you want to terminate. The Hosting plan information page displays.
- Click Terminate. A pop-up displays.
- Click Confirm Termination. The Web Hosting plan and all associated options display.
- Check the Reason for termination box which best suits your case.
- Click TERMINATE THIS SERVICE AND OPTION ASSOCIATED to confirm the termination.
