Dedibox Account - Quickstart

How to create a Scaleway Dedibox account

With account unification, you now use your Scaleway credentials to access Dedibox services. Creating a Scaleway account automatically gives you access to Dedibox.

  1. Open the Scaleway website in a web browser.

  2. Click Create account. The unified account creation form displays.

  3. Fill in all the required information, agree to the terms of service, and click Create my account. You will receive an email containing a link to complete your registration.

  4. Click the link in the email to validate your email address and activate your account. The unified Scaleway login page displays.

  5. Enter your email address and password and click Sign in. If prompted, select "Dedibox" as the service you want to access.

    You are now connected to the Scaleway Dedibox console through your unified Scaleway account and can order your first dedicated server.

How to add a payment method to your Dedibox account

You will need to add a payment method when ordering your first Dedibox. If you want to add a payment method beforehand, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your username in the top right corner of the Dedibox console, then click Billing in the pop-up menu. The billing page displays.
  2. Click Change payment mode.
  3. Choose your preferred payment method from the list and click Update payment mode.

  4. Enter the details of your new payment method and validate.
