How to create a Local Storage volume from a snapshot

To complete the actions presented below, you must have:

• A Scaleway account logged into the console
• Owner status or IAM permissions allowing you to perform actions in the intended Organization
• Created a Local Storage volume
• Created a snapshot

1. Click Local Storage in the Storage section of the Scaleway console side menu. The Local Storage page displays.
2. Click the Snapshots tab.
3. Click «See more Icon» > Create volume next to the snapshot of your choice. A pop-up displays.
4. Enter a name for the new volume, or leave the suggested name.
5. Click Create volume from snapshot.

The new volume appears in your Local Storage volumes list.
